I’m currently developing a unique web based business. I should say “uno”nique because this business is one of a kind that fills an enormous void, a glitch that exists in one of the largest industries in the world. It’s about getting people around the world excited, motivated and energized so they can make their dreams come true.

There are many startups around the world who are chipping away on existing ideas and businesses and making them better i.e. “Search”, “Data Collecting”, “Travel”, “Social”..etc. My web based business won’t chip away at all. It will actually create a field of its own and I want to be first and grab the market by its ears. I have researched this idea and it looks very favorable for success.

Now it’s time to build a dream team. I will need help in developing this web based business. I say dream team because I want to have successful teachers, professors, students. graduates or startup entrepreneurs who are currently running their startup or who might be sitting on the sidelines chomping at the bit to get back in the game. I’m looking for an executive manager who will oversee the business operation and can manage a computer programmer (web site), a marketing team, customer service and social media PR.

This is your time to get in at the beginning again. The first step, the birth of a new company.
My compensation for the work needed will be in any future earnings/salary and partial percentage of ownership for the right person.

I would like to build the web site in either beta form or in complete and ready to launch mode.
Then I would like to approach local Boulder/Colorado Angel funding or approach Google Ventures as Google will be a perfect match to expand the business in growth.

1. Professor/Teacher in Business Management or Entrepreneurship.
2. A recent graduate student who is highly motivated and can’t wait to start a business.
3. An MBA, undergraduate or doctoral student that comes highly recommended.
4. Students who need an idea for their team for the New Venture Challenge.
