Heather Terenzio has been working in Information Technology since 1998 and specifically in the offshore software development field since 2000. Heather is the co-founder and CEO of Techtonic Group, LLC, an off-shore software development and IT services firm. She manages on-shore and off-shore operations and is integral in corporate development and sales.

Christine Ekman founded EvolveAdaptSurvive in 1999 and has been actively assisting a wide range of start-ups to large business over the last nine years on a consulting basis. She has been involved in market positioning, strategic planning, technology assessment, business development and corporate acquisition in the networking industry for over 20 years.
Carlos Perez is responsible for charting the direction of Envysion’s differentiated and market leading managed video services and manages Envysion’s strategic and tactical marketing. Prior to joining Envysion, he held a variety of positions at Level 3 Communications in product management, marketing and strategic planning, including Vice President of Product Management of Level 3’s #1.2B+ transport product portfolio. Before Level 3, Carlos worked in management consulting and in marketing and business development roles with a number of venture funded start-ups.
Enrico Cacciorni is a co-founder and Managing Partner at Red Lodge Capital LLC. He has over 14 years of experience in principal investing, M&A and corporate finance advisory to small and medium enterprises. He is an investor and board member of Glö, Anaxsys Technology, Phasor Solutions, Microtest Matrices and Tortilla Mexican Grill. Previously, Enrico was Senior Vice President of European Mergers and Acquisitions at BOA Merrill Lynch, where he advised SMEs and private equity investors in over forty corporate finance transactions. Prior to BOA Merrill Lynch, Enrico led the Technology & Innovation Management Practice of Arthur D. Little in Italy. Enrico started his career in the corporate venturing department of SKF, a leading Swedish engineering company. Enrico holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering (Hons) from Brescia University, an MBA from London Business School and is a Certified Total Quality Engineer.
Keith Mountain was most recently the CEO of Spatial Corp. Before coming to Spatial, Keith founded Mountain Associates, a management consulting firm focusing on developing and managing business opportunities for start-up companies and growth-oriented international corporate subsidiaries. Keith has worked in executive and management positions in marketing and sales with Computervision, Prime, Autographix, Agfa Corporation and Eastman Kodak. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island.
Matt McKinney’s practice focuses on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial, technology, intellectual property, and services agreements – in other words, any contract that facilitates the purchase, sale, license, or other conveyance of rights in technology, intellectual property, or products, or the provision or receipt of services. Previously, she was as an adjunct faculty member for the College of Education and the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. Jennifer earned a BA in Psychology from Kenyon College, a MS in Counseling from St. Cloud University, an M.B.A. from the University of Denver Daniels College of Business, and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver. Lindsay, who was named the 2000 Esprit Entrepreneur of the Year in Colorado, was a Founder of Sitera Inc., where she created successful product strategies in a startup environment, enabling a new market of communication chip sets. She has participated in multiple startups that have had a successful IPO or acquisition. In her community, Ms. Lindsay is president and chair of the CLASS Foundation, a private foundation that funds innovative projects for learning and education. She is a director of BoldeReach, an organization that provides support to organizations assisting women and children in extreme need around the world.
Rich Boyan manages CenturyLink’s New Product and Technology Development Process, guiding the firm’s efforts in bringing hundreds of capital projects through estimation, design, test and deployment. Rich’s expertise is in financial modeling, business case creation, and technology development processes and governance. During his career, Rich has performed functional and strategic roles in design and manufacturing engineering, operations management, procurement, financial analysis, product management, strategic planning, and program management in the telecommunications, medical device, biotech, automotive, electronics, and food sciences industries. Rich holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University, an MBA from Cornell and is a certified PMP.
Keith M. Olivia is a transactional attorney at Roberts & Olivia, LLC in Boulder, Colorado. His practice focuses on representing clients in their business transactions, including in a variety of corporate, securities, tax and other matters. Eben Johnson has over 20 years of global, senior sales, marketing, business and product development, finance, corporate strategy, M&A, manufacturing, operations, and supply-chain experience in both start-ups and large, multi-national companies, commercializing new technologies in the global automotive, industrial, and distributed-energy markets. Previously, Eben was CEO of Thomas Engine Company, Director of Global Sales and Marketing at VAIREXCorporation, VP of Sales and Marketing at Raybestos, Inc., and Director of Light-Duty Markets at Cummins, Inc. At Cummins, Eben conceived of and launched the Cummins Emissions Solutions business, now a profitable $1B+ division of Cummins. In 2009, Eben received the USCA Best of Boulder award for excellence in marketing. Eben is also active in the entrepreneurial programs at the University of Colorado and Colorado State University. Each of the three teams Eben has coached and mentored have won awards and funding. Eben holds a BS in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University, and an MBA with focus on Alternative Energy from the University of California, Davis. In three instances, within companies ranging in size from a start-up to a $72 million revenue, 500 employee enterprise, Loren successfully served in a dual capacity of either Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Chief Operating Officer (COO) while at the same time functioning as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In 2011, Loren founded US e-Chromic where he serves as CEO and CFO. US e-Chromic is a clean tech company focused on energy efficiency. Based upon exclusive licenses from NREL, the company is developing electrochromic thin film to retrofit windows.
